In-Person Drop-In
For in-person drop-in, check in at the Welcome Center in the Student Center/Counseling area.
Sign up to receive a phone call from a counselor.
Gavilan ID & Password are required to log on to drop-in. If you are not yet a student, you can still log in. If you forgot your Gavilan ID and password, please call the Counseling Support Office at (408) 852-2895.
If possible, have internet access as you might need to log into your account.
Gilroy - 30 Minute Appointment
In-Person Services offered in the HOLLISTER BRIGGS BUILDING (Limited over the summer). Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
For more complex questions/concerns or issues that require paperwork (ie. education plan).
NOTE: Appointments are very limited over the summer
Email service is available only on days with counseling service over the summer. Send us your question/concern and a counselor will respond to you on the next counseling service day.
- Probation & Dismissal counseling cannot be completed via email counseling.
- IMPORTANT: Include your Gavilan ID number (unless you do not have one yet) and be detailed so the counselor is able to address all elements of your questions/concerns.
