ASGC Inter Club Council (ICC)
The students of Gavilan College come together, as members of the ICC, in their collective efforts to promote the
diversity of passions and interests embedded in representing clubs of the ICC within the Gavilan College District.
We recognize the importance of being actively involved in the things we care about, and hope to encourage student
participation through our organizations, while working towards full representation of all student perspectives. As
clubs we will promote the general welfare of our students, our college, and our community.

Inter Club Council Meetings
In any given semester, ICC meetings will be held twice a month. All clubs are required to attend the scheduled ICC meetings each term. Absence in more than two meeting in a semester will result in the semester $100 ICC contribution to be withheld. In this case, the club will be under observation until further proof of club activity. Each semester, continuing clubs are required to submit the Club Information form. Click here for the Fall 2024 Form. These forms are used to update the webpage and maintain an "active club" status with ASGC.
At each ICC meeting, clubs are responsible for having an active representative who will be a voting member. Clubs are allowed to have more than one representative, but only one individual is allowed to vote. Also, an individual representative cannot represent nor vote on behalf of more than one club. In the event that a club representative is unable to attend an ICC meeting, advisors are to attend the scheduled meetings. If there is a case in which no representative can make the meeting time, the club is responsible for either finding a replacement representative, or informing the ICC president of absence prior to the scheduled meeting.
2024-2025 ICC Meetings
The ICC meets on Tuesdays from 1pm to 2pm in the North South Lounge in the Student Center twice a month. Any person may place an item on the ICC agenda for discussion. Please email asgcvpclubs@my.gavilan.edu to add any items to an upcoming meeting agenda. The deadline to submit agenda items is the Wednesday before our Tuesday meetings by 12pm.
