Constitution Day
September 17 is Constitution Day and Citizenship Day (also known as Constitution Day).
The U.S. Constitution was signed on September 17, 1787, and in 2004, Constitution Day became a national observance. Per the regulation, each educational institution receiving federal funds is required to implement educational programs about the U.S. Constitution for its students.
