Active minds is a safe space and support club with the mission of breaking the stigma around mental health. Active mind is a large organization that can be found online and at other campuses. Our clubs main goal on campus is to change the conversation around mental health for students by promoting healthy coping, listening and helping each other, and sharing personal experiences. Club meetings are every Thursday at 1:00PM at Gavilan near the student center |

Cosmetology Club consists of students from the Cosmetology Program. The club works together to create a smooth environment for our program as well as hold in department event! From time to time the club will offer services at club days or for finals week. We have our meetings in the cosmetology building, first Tuesday of every month at 9:30am |

Welcome to TADA, Gavilan's theatre arts and theater appreciation club! We support Gavilan theater productions by manning concessions and doing various aspects of backstage work to prepare club members for future work in the theater arts. We also go on trips outside of campus to expand club members' horizons with what can be done with theater arts, from plays to faires! We hope to make an actor of you yet! Meetings take place in the Theater building on Gavilan campus. Bi-Weekly, held on Wednesdays at 3:00-4:00. |

Our SACNAS (Society for the Advancement of Chicanos/Hispanics and Native Americans in Science) Chapter strives for community and diversity in STEM. Our Club goals are to uplift and inspire each other and forming connections with each other. We do this through development workshops, and fun activities throughout the semester. Your voice is valuable in science, Community and Diversity is Essential for Innovation! SACNAS meetings are at 10:30 AM on Tuesdays and 10:00 AM on Fridays in the MESA Center |

The Christians at Gavilan club is open to anyone who'd like to join regardless of beliefs. Whether you're a person who's been to church all their life or an individual whose just curious and would like to know more we are a group that welcomes everyone. Our main focus is on learning more about the Christian Bible through our Tuesday/Wednesday Bible studies our aim is to be students who positively impact our community and families through faith, love and joy. We also have plans for occasional social outtings off campus where we can fellowship and grow closer to one another as we all grow closer to God
We will be holding our club meetings every Tuesday and Wednesday at 12:00 pm either outdoors by the cafeteria or in a room TBD
