Welcome to the Fresh Success Program
The Fresh Success program at Gavilan College is a voluntary employment and training initiative designed to support students residing in Santa Clara or San Benito County who are receiving or eligible for CalFresh (SNAP) benefits. The program aims to enhance students' academic success and job readiness by providing a range of supportive services.
Students May Be Eligible for the Following Services:
- Dedicated support staff and academic counseling
- Textbook assistance (for required textbooks)
- Gas Cards or Bus Tokens
- Vehicle Repair Assistance
- Technology Assistance (Wi-Fi)
- Rental Assistance
- Job readiness assistance
- Student success workshops
- Required supplies and tools (as funding allows)
