- June, 2 2017. The Summer '17 semester will be fully on Canvas. Spring grades are due on June 1, 2017. Expect that iLearn service will be intermittent on June 2 as the transition takes place.

- Will I still have access to older courses?
- Yes, the archives for 2015-2016 online classes will be available through December 2017. Starting June 2, you can access the archives at https://ilearn-arch.ilearn.gavilan.edu

- Are there training resources to get started with Canvas?
- Yes. Our CCC Professional Learning Consortium, hosts several classes including Introduction to Teaching Online with Canvas. Other courses can be found here.

- All instructors and staff now have a working Canvas account. To use it, go to https://gavilan.instructure.com and log in normally.

- Will there be guided training?
- Of course! Check the training calendar here. Also, watch for emails from the Distance Ed department with more details this spring.

- What is all this I hear about SLOs and Canvas?
- Canvas has some very convenient tools which will make gathering SLO data very fast. The school is working on fine-tuning these tools with our SLOs as well as determining how to best integrate all the data. There aren't any special requirements for Canvas and SLOs right now.
