Yes, these dates are the same for both Summer and Fall.

Priority 1	May 1, 2	CalWORKS, DRC, EOPS, Foster Youth, Veterans (see notes below for additional eligibility criteria)
Priority 2	May 3	Athletes, MESA, Puente, TRIO (see notes below for additional eligibility criteria)
Priority 3	May 4 - 10	Continuing, new to college who have completed orientation/assessment/ed plan, GECA (see notes below for additional eligibility criteria)
Super Saturday	May 5	HighSchool Seniors Only: (1st semester) who may NOT have completed assessment, orientation (Kick-Start and Guidance 210, or Kinesiology 1) and an abbreviated Ed Plan
Priority 4	May 11	New to college students (first semester), and beyond who have not completed assessment/orientation/ed plan
Priority 5	May 14	Returning, Transfer, Probation 2 and Academically Dismissed, High School (except GECA)
Open	May 14	All admitted students
Late	August 27	Students who have obtained add codes from instructors

NOTES:

Eligible Continuing students during Priority 1, 2, or 3 registration must be in good academic standing e.g. not on probation for 2 consecutive semesters or dismissal and have less than 100 earned units total excluding 30 units basic skills or ESL classes.

New to college students for 2018 who are eligible for Priority 1, 2, or 3 registrations, must have successfully completed an assessment, education plan and orientation to be eligible for priority registration. Those who have not successfully completed an assessment, education plan and orientation may enroll during Priority 4 registration which starts on May 4.
If you miss your Priority Registration date you may register any day after that until Late Registration closes.

You are a continuing student or have been admitted to Gavilan and been issued a Gavilan ID number.
You have no "holds".
You have successfully completed course prerequisites at Gavilan College or have been verified though assessment or evaluation of official transcripts from another college.
You are not in "dismissed" status.
