AVIATION FIRST DAY OF INSTRUCTION
Last day to register/add an Aviation class is Aug. 8. Last day to drop an Aviation class for a refund and “No Record Shown” is Aug.16. The “W” deadline for an Aviation class is Thursday, November 10.

Unless class is open entry or late-start. Use online services. All add codes must be used by Sep 2. Instructors may choose not to allow students to add their class after the first meeting even if a seat is available. Check with instructor before adding class.

DEADLINE TO DROP WITH A REFUND
Fees will be refunded by check to student (regardless of original method of payment) when semester-long courses are officially dropped by this date. Short-term courses must be dropped before 10% of the course meetings have passed. For one or two-day classes, this date will occur before the start of the course.

"NRS" DEADLINE
"No Record Shown". Semester long-courses dropped by this date do not appear on the student's permanent record. The "NRS" deadline for short-term courses is < 20% of the class meetings.

DEADLINE for SELECTING GRADING OPTION
Last day to select the Pass/No pass grade option for designated, semester-long courses.

"W" DEADLINE
Semester-long courses dropped by this date appear on the student's permanent record with a notation of "W" for withdrawn. The "W" deadline for a short-term/extended term course is 75% of the course meetings.
