Thurs, January 14	Aviation First Day of Instruction. Last day to register/add an Aviation class is Jan. 19. Last day to drop an Aviation class for a refund and “No Record Shown” is Jan 27. The “W” deadline for an Aviation class is Friday, April 30.

Fri, Feb 12	DEADLINE TO REGISTER/ADD A SEMESTER-LONG COURSE Unless class is open entry or late-start. No in-person registration on the main campus after 5 pm. Use online services. All add codes must be used by Feb 12. Instructors may choose not to allow students to add their class after the first meeting even if a seat is available. Check with instructor before adding class
Fri, Feb 12	Last Day to register for an Independent Study
Fri, Feb 12 - Mon Feb 15	President's Day Holiday. No day, evening or weekend classes.
Mon, Feb 15	DEADLINE TO DROP WITH A REFUND Fees will be refunded by check to student (regardless of original method of payment) when semester-long courses are officially dropped by this date. Short-term courses must be dropped before 10% of the course meetings have passed. For one or two-day classes, this date will occur before the start of the course.
Mon, Feb 15	“NRS” DEADLINE “No Record Shown”. Semester long-courses dropped by this date do not appear on the student’s permanent record. The “NRS” deadline for short-term courses is <20% of the class meetings.
Fri, Feb 26	DEADLINE for SELECTING GRADING OPTION Last day to select the Pass/No pass grade option for designated, semester-long courses.
Mon, Apr 5 – Sun, Apr 11	SPRING BREAK No day, evening or weekend classes.
Fri, April 16	SPRING GRADUATION PETITIONS DUE - see a counselor to complete a petition to graduate.
Fri, Apr 30	"W" DEADLINE Semester-long courses dropped by this date appear on the student’s permanent record with a notation of "W" for withdrawn. The "W" deadline for a short-term/extended term course is 75% of the course meetings.
Fri May 14	FIRST DAY TO FILE OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT REQUEST To include final grades from Spring semester. Please see Transcript webpage for online ordering information.
