Graduation Assistance
Dear Colleagues,
Gavilan College's 2023 Graduation Ceremony will be held on May 26th at 3 pm in Parking Lot H.
As you know, this is the most important day of the year for our students, we will need many of you to assist in ensuring we can deliver a memorable event for our students and their families.
"People on the ground" are very much needed in the following areas:
* Traffic Flow Control
* Venue Ticket Takers/Program Distribution
* Venue Monitoring/Guest Assistance/Seating

We will be holding a walk-through of the venue and the various duties discussing what the roles entail, "What if...?" scenarios, and FAQs. The Walk-though is planned for Tuesday, May 23rd at 1 pm.
We'll meet at the bridge where Sycamore Lane meets the bridge as this will be the graduates' path to the venue. Together, we'll cross the bridge, proceed to the venue, and review positions.
