Student Worker Salary Schedules
Student Worker Salary Schedule effective January 1, 2024:

| Year 1 | $16.00/hour |
| Year 2 | $17.00/hour |
| Year 3 | $18.00/hour |
Student Workers are eligible to receive a step increase each year on the first of the month on their anniversary date (original date of hire) based on service.
Example 1: Student A begins work on August 22, 2022, at the Year 1 pay rate. On August 1, 2023, Student A will move to the Year 2 pay rate as long as they have worked during both Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 semesters.
Example 2: Student B begins work on the same day but does not work during Spring 2023. Student B will move to Year 2 once they complete a second semester of work.
Student Workers are eligible for one professional development step increase by successful completion (C or better) of 1.0 unit or ### non-credit hours of training coursework, as approved by supervisor from the options outlined in the job description.
