My name is Melida Alnas, I was born and raised in Mexico. I came to United States to visit my cousin and I ended up staying, months later I got married. I have been married for twenty seven years. I have three children. When my youngest daughter turned five years old, I went back to school.

I got my Associate degree from Gavilan College. I continued my education at San Jose State University and earned a Bachelors in Spanish and a minor in Studio Art.
In 2014 I graduated with a Masters in Spanish.

I presently teach at Saint Mary catholic school. I love being able to provide my students with the knowledge of the Spanish language.
