| Mon, June 15 | SIX-WEEK SUMMER SESSION CLASSES BEGIN Check the schedule online for start dates for early or late start classes. Deadline to submit California Residency Documentation for Summer Term is Friday, June 12. |

DEADLINE TO REGISTER/ADD A CLASS Early or late start classes will have different deadlines. Please check online for specific dates. |

DEADLINE TO DROP WITH A REFUND Fees will be refunded when 6 week summer session courses are officially dropped by this date. Early/late start courses must be dropped before 10% of the course meetings have passed. For one or two-day classes, this date will occur before the start of the course. |
| Wed, June 17 | “NRS” DEADLINE “No Record Shown”. Semester long-courses dropped by this date do not appear on the student’s permanent record. The “NRS” deadline for short-term courses is <20% of the class meetings. Please check with Admissions and Records for more information. |

| Thurs, June 25 | DEADLINE for SELECTING GRADING OPTION Last day to select the Pass/No pass grade option for designated, 6 week summer session courses. |
| Thurs, June 25 | LAST DAY TO REGISTER FOR AN INDEPENDENT STUDY Online registration See a counselor to complete a petition to graduate |

| Wed, July 15 | “W” DEADLINE 6 week courses dropped by this date appear on the student’s permanent record with a notation of “W” for withdrawn. The “W” deadline for a short-term/extended term course is 75% of the course meetings |

| Thurs, Aug 13 | OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS AVAILABLE Official transcripts will include Summer grades as of this date. Unofficial transcripts are available on MyGav. Please see Transcript webpage for online ordering information. Check with Admissions & Records office regarding Summer classes that end after July 24. |
