Last Day to Drop with a Refund |

Students must drop semester-long courses no later than February 17 in order to receive a refund. Short-term courses must be dropped before 10% of the course meetings have passed. For one- or two-day courses, this date will occur before the start of the course.
Refunds of less than $10 will remain on the student's account as a credit unless the Admissions and Records Office receives a Request for Refund form from the student.
Refund checks are mailed. Be sure your address is current (check online at
Gavilan Self-Service Banner) to ensure prompt delivery. |
