Introduction to Conflict Resolution introduces students to the topic of conflict resolution. Integrating theory and practice, students will become familiar with the core concepts and theories about the causes and resolution of conflict, be able to formulate appropriate conflict resolution strategies, and develop and practice basic conflict resolution skills.

A cross-disciplinary approach to the theory and practice of leadership. Includes effective communication styles including issues related to gender and culture.
