  1. Board Policy 2015 Student Member(s)
    The Subcommittee reviewed Board Policy 2015 and the elimination of health benefits for the Student Trustee position. In the legal opinion of E-01-09 from the State Chancellor's Office, it concludes that Boards of Trustees do not have the ability to raise the number of units required of a student to be eligible for the position of Student Trustee.
  2. Amendment to Administrative Procedures 4020
    The Subcommittee reviewed the amendments to Administrative Procedures 4020 and recommended the changes be presented to the Board for consideration.
