4. Develop a list of questions to be used to reflect major governance topics that occurred during the past year

The Board reviewed the president's goals and progress updates. The questions used for interviews were updated. All board members will be asked to participate in interviews. Suzanne will contact staff for interviews and coordinate interview schedule. Two special board meetings were set, the first to review information received from interviews and the second to review and discuss information with the president.
