WHO: All adults over the age of 55, who want to learn how to use the internet.
WHAT: Gavilan College is now offering a course to teach students how to use the internet. Students can now learn how to stay connected to their family and friends through email and instant messaging. Students will learn how to use an email account, search news sources, browse online, use interactive games, and research topics of their choice.
WHEN: Gavilan College is offering eight classes in Gilroy, Morgan Hill and Hollister. Students are not required to attend every class.
COST: Free for students 55 and older.
HOW: Students can register for LIB 730 at any three of the Gavilan College sites located in Gilroy, Morgan Hill and Hollister. For more information please call (408) 848-4859.
