WHO: Students in grades three through eight
WHAT: Can get ahead this summer in Gavilan College's new College for Youth! The College for Youth program includes over 70 course options to give families flexibility for summer. Get better grades by getting ready for the coming year or reviewing the current year. Parents and kids can choose among grade levels 3-12 in Math, English/Language Arts, Academic Strategies, Art, Science & Fun and Computers. Classes are stand alone: you can sign up for only one class or a full day of enrichment, it's all up to you. Class fees range from $49 to $69 per class.
WHEN: College for Youth will offer three 2-week sessions beginning June 26-July 7, July 10-20 and July 24-August 3. Most classes will be offered Mondays through Thursdays from 8am-4pm; some will be offered evenings or on Saturday mornings and afternoons.
WHERE: Courses will be offered at Gavilan College's main campus in Gilroy and at the Morgan Hill site in the Community and Cultural Center..
