Ticket Information

Graduates may pick up 4 tickets in the bookstore when they purchase their cap and gown. The tickets are free, but each guest will need one in order to attend the ceremony. Yes, children attending the ceremony will need a ticket in order to attend as well.

Sorry, extra tickets are not available.

Attending staff and faculty may pick up their two tickets by contacting Grace Cardinalli in Student Services.

The Ceremony

The ceremony will last approximately 1 - 1 ¼ hours. The gym in not air conditioned, so dress accordingly. Bottled water will be available for sale.

An area will be set up for graduates to take photos. Balloon bouquets, strollers, and any animal except licensed assistance animals are not permitted inside the gym.

ASB Reception

The Associated Student Body will be hosting a reception immediately following the ceremony for graduates and their guests. The reception will be held in the Student Center.

Ordering the Graduation Video

The ceremony will be professionally filmed.  A DVD may be ordered for $30 + $5 shipping and handling.  The order form will be inserted in the graduation program or can be obtained in the ASB office in the Student Center.

Graduate Information

Last Day to Purchase Caps and Gowns

Wednesday, May 20, is the last day to purchase caps and gowns in the bookstore. Cost is $27.06. Reminder: graduates must wear a cap and gown in order to participate.

Group Photo

Graduates will assemble between the Social Science Building and the Library for a group photo on the lawn at 4:45 p.m. on graduation day. Graduates please wear your cap and gown. Cost to purchase the photo is $25. Order forms are available from the Admissions and Records Office or from the photographer. Be sure to bring your cash or check.

Individual photos will be taken at the ceremony as you cross the stage. Two weeks after the ceremony, graduates can order these photos by visiting http://www.nwphotographyinc.com/ External Link

Assembly Time and Location

Graduates will gather in the courtyard in front of the theater at 5:30 p.m. on graduation day. There, graduates will receive instructions before marching to the gym for the ceremony. Graduates, please be on time!
