Transcripts
Transcripts of a student's permanent academic record are released
only with written authorization from the student. Sorry, but telephone
and e-mail requests cannot be honored.
Faxed requests with the student's signature will be honored, however,
the transcript itself will not be faxed. If fees are due, a Visa
or MasterCard number and expiration date must be included. The fax/phone
number is (408) 846-4940.
Requests should contain the following information:
- Student's signature (required to authorize release of any student record)
- Name or names used while at Gavilan
- Address
- Social security number
- Approximate dates of attendance
- Date of birth
- Where the transcript is to be sent
- How many copies
A telephone number is also helpful in case we need to contact you
for further information.
There is a $4 charge (make checks payable to Gavilan College) for
each transcript copy after the first two, which are free. This does
not mean that each time you place an order for transcripts the first
two copies are free - it means that the very first two are free
and after that you pay $4 each time you request a transcript.

Schedule of Classes
The Schedule of Classes will be available, and will be mailed
to each home in Gilroy, Morgan Hill, Hollister, and San Juan Bautista.
If you live outside this area and would like to order a Schedule
of Classes, call 408 848-4735.
Gavilan College Catalog
Gavilan College Catalogs are available by mail. For U.S. addresses
the cost is $4.00. For foreign mailing the cost is $10.00. Send
your request and payment to: Gavilan College Admissions, 5055 Santa
Teresa Blvd, Gilroy, CA 95020 (checks payable to Gavilan College).
