Transcripts, Class Schedules
Transcripts of a student's permanent academic record are released only with written authorization from the student. Sorry, but telephone and e-mail requests cannot be honored.
Faxed requests with the student's signature will be honored, however, the transcript itself will not be faxed. If fees are due, a Visa or MasterCard number and expiration date must be included. The fax/phone number is (408) 846-4940.

There is a $4 charge (make checks payable to Gavilan College) for each transcript copy after the first two, which are free. This does not mean that each time you place an order for transcripts the first two copies are free - it means that the very first two are free and after that you pay $4 each time you request a transcript.

The Schedule of Classes is available on the Main Campus, at the Hollister and Morgan Hill sites, local libraries and other public locations throughout South Santa Clara and San Benito Counties. If you live outside this area or would like to order a Schedule of Classes, call 408 848-4735.
Gavilan College Catalogs are available at the Gavilan College Bookstore on the Main Campus in Gilroy, or by mail. For U.S. addresses the cost is $4.00. For foreign mailing the cost is $10.00. Send your request and payment to: Gavilan College Admissions, 5055 Santa Teresa Blvd, Gilroy, CA 95020 (checks payable to Gavilan College).
