This application is to be completed by new students
and those students who have been absent from Gavilan for
a semester or more. Completed applications should be submitted
to the Admissions and Records Office at:
Gavilan College Admissions and Records Office
5055 Santa Teresa Blvd.
Gilroy, CA. 95020
(Or to the Morgan Hill or Hollister sites) at least 5 business days prior
to registering for classes. If you are a new student and plan to take the Placement Assessment Test,
please submit your application at least 5 business days prior to your assessment date.
Students currently enrolled in High School must also complete a
High School Contract form.
Eligible students may also apply for a
Board of Governors Fee Waiver.
